You won’t receive these books — a child will. Every TEDDY Volume 1 set you sponsor is handed over in your name to HelpStar, a nonprofit in Boca Raton, which gets the books to South Florida children through its programs and partner organizations.

Give a child their first money lessons

Each TEDDY Volume 1 set includes five new illustrated hardcover books by Ryan Cohen for children ages 3–8 — stories about saving, work, kindness, resilience and curiosity to read with a parent or on their own.

How it works

  1. Choose how many sets to sponsor. $50 sponsors one complete TEDDY Volume 1 set. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
  2. Nothing ships to you. Checkout asks only for your contact and billing details.
  3. HelpStar gets the books to kids. We hand your sponsored sets over to HelpStar, which distributes them through its programs and partner organizations.
  4. You hear back. HelpStar sends a thank-you and written acknowledgment, and every sponsor receives a campaign report after distribution.

Questions

Will the books be shipped to me?
No. Your sets go to HelpStar, which distributes them to children. Nothing is shipped to you.

Will I get a letter for my records?
Yes. HelpStar sends a written acknowledgment to the email you provide at checkout. Please ask your tax advisor whether your gift is deductible for you.

Can my name go inside the books?
Yes, for 20 sets ($1,000) or more. On the Gift a TEDDY page you can enter the name for your thank-you letter and the bookplate before checkout.

When will the children receive the books?
Sets sponsored by December 5, 2026 are planned for distribution before the holidays.
