Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders of $69 or more. Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 4–9 business days of your order.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates
Orders under $69: Standard $8, Express $15.
Orders of $69 or more: Standard free, Express $15.
The order total is counted after discounts and before tax. Rates for large or heavy items, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes
Processing: we pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
Transit: Standard usually 3–7 business days. Express usually 1–3 business days.
Total: Standard orders usually arrive within 4–9 business days of ordering.
Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during the holiday season, bad weather, or for rural addresses. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Ordering a gift for a date?
Please allow at least 10 business days for standard shipping, or choose Express. Before major holidays we will post recommended order-by dates on our site.

Sending a gift
You can ship an order directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Our packing slips do not show prices.

Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email natalie@caringparentschoice.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update it only before the order ships.
