We intentionally separate evidence from marketing claims. Where research supports an association, we say association. Where evidence is mixed, we say so. Where a program outcome has not been measured, we do not present it as proven impact.
That matters especially for children's money and life-skills education. It is easy to turn ideas like delayed gratification, work ethic, or early money habits into slogans. The research is more nuanced: family context, opportunity, trust, development, and repeated real-world practice all matter.
About TEDDY
TEDDY is a children's book series written by Ryan Cohen and inspired by lessons he learned from his father, Ted Cohen. Volume 1 includes five illustrated hardcover stories about saving and investing, work and service, the dignity of different jobs, emotional resilience, and curiosity about other cultures.
