Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on every Teddy set (orders of $69 or more). Orders ship within 1–2 business days from South Florida.

Caring Parents’ Choice is a small family business. We pack and ship every order ourselves.

We currently ship within the United States only.

The order total is counted after discounts and before tax. Every five-book set ($69.99) and the complete ten-book collection ($129.99) qualify for free standard shipping on their own.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. During the holiday season, please order early; we will post recommended order-by dates on our site.

Sending a gift

You can ship an order directly to the recipient. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. Our packing slips do not show prices.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email us at natalie@caringparentschoice.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
